
Jane Randazzo Pelosi
Jane is the President of Bonnets for Babies.
Working as a social worker for over 25 years, Jane worked with special needs children at several agencies in the community. She began her work at the Language Development Program, starting the social work department there. During her tenure she also mentored social work students.
As sales representative for Johnson and Johnson, Jane began her work in the diabetes sector working with children and adults with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes for over 10 years. She also worked in the Cardio-Metabolism and Oncology Division during her tenure.
Jane also volunteered for over 20 years for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of WNY. She was a board member for over 10 years and Board President for 4 years. Jane created and chaired the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Gala for 16 years raising close to seven million dollars for diabetes research in Western New York.
Jane’s energy, passion and dedication have made her an advocate for children’s needs for the duration of her personal and professional life. She brings extensive experience counseling families and children, collaborating with community providers and ensuring every child’s physical, social and emotional wellbeing remains the top priority.
Jane is an active member of her Parish and was a 6-year Council member and former Vice President for 2 years.
Jane has been married to her husband for 41 years and they share four children together and three young grandsons. She enjoys the outdoors, holidays, and loves spending time with her family and friends
Jane has an in-depth understanding of the sales cycle process and an innate ability to build lasting and meaningful relationships.

Linda Koenigsberg
Enriching the lives of children, and helping them reach their full potential, has been a central focus of Linda’s professional and personal life. A graduate of the University at Buffalo with an M.A. in Communication Disorders and Sciences, Linda spent over 35 years as a pediatric speech-language pathologist. Much of her career focused on improving the communication skills of very young children, ages birth to five. Linda was passionate about meeting the individual needs of both the children and the families she served, and particularly children from multi-cultural backgrounds and in underserved areas of the city of Buffalo. In addition, Linda brings a range of administrative and leadership skills from her years as the Director of Evaluations and the Administrative Director of the Early Childhood Outreach Division at The Summit Center, a program for individuals with autism and other developmental, behavioral and social challenges. She is excited to bring her experience and dedication to the needs of children to the Bonnets for Babies team.
Now retired, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling, reading, playing with her dog Walter, and is particularly passionate about gardening.

Pompea DiSanto Owens
Working in the field of education, Pompea has more than 40 years of experience working with children and families: as a social worker. She is a graduate of the University of Buffalo with a Masters in Social Work.
So much of her career was spent helping children understand themselves and build self-esteem. Through educational programs and as a social worker; Pompea touched the lives of many children and families. Her early career centered in the Buffalo Public Schools. As the Coordinator of the “Inner I” Program through the Mental Health Association, today known as Mental Health Advocates of Western New York. Her work enabled many children to understand themselves, make good decisions, and work through family relationships.
Pompea worked for Williamsville Schools as a middle school social worker providing counseling improving and developing children’s skills, family relationships, esteem, and behavioral skills.
